Annual billing

All plans are available on annual billing at a 20% discount:

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the Billing page in the SortLab dashboard.

Free trial

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

After the trial, your store is automatically moved to the paid plan you selected. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the SortLab dashboard.

How to change your plan

1. Open SortLab from your Shopify admin sidebar
2. Click Billing in the navigation
3. Click Change Plan on the Billing page
4. Select the plan you want and confirm

Plan changes take effect immediately. When you upgrade, new features and collection limits become available right away. When you downgrade, your current features remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Upgrading

• New features and collection limits unlock immediately
• All strategies, configurations, and analytics data are preserved
• Billing is prorated for the remainder of your current cycle

Downgrading

• Your current plan features stay active until the end of the billing cycle
• Once the downgrade takes effect, features exclusive to the higher plan become unavailable
• Collections beyond the new plan's limit are paused (configurations are saved)
• Analytics data and sort history are never deleted

Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record. Charges appear through Paddle — there is no separate payment method to configure inside Shopify.
