SortLab has three Shopify Billing plans. Pricing is approved inside Shopify, and eligible first-time stores receive a 14-day trial on the selected plan.

Annual Billing
Annual billing applies a 20% discount and is approved through Shopify Billing.

Trial Eligibility
SortLab grants a 14-day trial when Shopify creates a new app subscription for an eligible store. Trial eligibility is one trial per shop domain; reinstalling does not reset trial history.
After the trial, Shopify Billing charges the approved subscription unless the subscription is canceled before billing begins.
Changing Plans
- Open SortLab in Shopify admin.
- Click Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Choose monthly or annual billing.
- Optionally apply a promo code.
- Confirm the new subscription in Shopify.
When you upgrade, the new limits unlock after Shopify confirms the subscription. When you downgrade, SortLab preserves data but enforces the lower plan's limits.
Billing System
SortLab uses Shopify Billing for app subscriptions. Merchants approve and manage subscription charges inside Shopify.
